How much is a birthday/Team Building party at Bartopia?
Our tailored packages start at $14.99 per guest and go up to $29.99 per guest depending on what guests want included.

What comes in a birthday package?
Most of our birthday packages include activities of your choice, appetizer and soft drink, and a party host.

What does BARTOPIA provide?
We provide plates, napkins, silverware, and cups for the meal. The guest is welcome to bring in decorations (no confetti), and themed plates if they prefer.

What if some of my guests do not show up? Do I still pay for them?
We require final minimum head counts 3 days prior to your event date. That will be the best time to guarantee all RSVP’d guests so that you do not pay for anyone not attending.

What happens if more guests arrive than the contracted amount?
We do allow our guests to increase headcount the day of the event pending we have activity and venue availability. Guests may be subject to wait times if all sessions are reserved.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Never fear; Main Event offers flexible reschedule and cancellation policies. You have up until 3 days prior to your event date to make any changes including reschedule or cancellation options.
